This week, staff at the Bolingo Health Center in Kinshasa began training on the Health for All Now (HFAN) principles from RGH trainer, Armand Utshudi as part of the HFAN Transformation Program. Fourteen staff members took part in the training this week and more in-service training on HFAN program activities will continue in the coming months, in addition to online mentoring from their coach. HFAN is part of RGH’s Health Care Delivery System™ which is designed to empower health professionals to improve their performance and the performance of the clinics and hospitals where they work. This is the first of two project sites in the Democratic Republic of Congo where RGH is implementing HFAN training. Dr. Eoba Lubunga will begin training staff at the Lweba Health Center in South Kivu Province next week. More updates to come . . .
