Program Overview:
We all want to learn new and better ways to succeed, but we do not like to be lectured or taught. In this program you will learn how to coach others so they learn to succeed. Coaching will become your way of working in global health, your way to leading your team in a clinic, hospital or program or your whole organization.
This program will provide you with the skills and tools to coach others. We will coach you so you learn by coaching others and get certified. You will be working with experienced coaches that will help develop your coaching portfolio and practice. You will have the results to demonstrate you can coach and help your teams and staff succeed by coaching them to implement successful best practice and effective solutions.
In this program, you will learn how to manage your job or organization as a coaching practice. You will learn how to find those that need your coaching internally in your organization and eventually, externally in other organizations or institutions. If you’re in academia, being certified will allow you to teach coaching skills to your global health, medical or nursing students. Below is a summary of the program’s content:

How the program works:
A week is the perfect unit of time to begin your coaching practice or simply apply coaching skills to have a more efficient clinic or health center that provides quality care or improve your project or organization. In this program, you will learn how to work differently and coach others to manage their day-to-day to achieve bigger goals and targets. Every day you will receive a lesson by email and an assignment for you to apply what you learned. You will read the lesson, think about it, and do something with what you just learned. After completing your daily assignment, you will send it back to your personal coach for feedback. Every week, there will be a lesson and discussion with Dr Elvira on Zoom so you can ask all your questions and share with other students. The Zoom discussions and Q&A sessions are recorded so you listen to them again and go over the main points my may have missed or that you want to reinforce.
You will receive a certificate after you complete all assignments including a “Coaching Success Plan” and shadow coach another person with the help of your own coach. In just 7 Days this program will help you ensure your clinic is leading the way in quality healthcare in your community and can run smoothly with or without you there! You will get free weekly coaching for three months to implement your “Coaching Success Plan” and advance your career as recognized global health coach!
Online programs follow an annual schedule. Please contact us to find out the date of the next program. At least five participants are required to start a program outside of the regular schedule.
