Knowledge in global health is doubling every few months. Just observe the Twitter feed of #globalhealth and you will see why managing knowledge is so important. This program will teach you how you can manage knowledge NOW and use it to improve your public health practice or program.

Global and public health professionals and students will benefit from this program. They will have the skills to manage knowledge and have a daily routine to gather and use the new and existing knowledge they have.
What you learn
In this program, you will learn how to manage knowledge in global health using an effective method and tools to gather and use the information you need when you need it. You will learn how to sort and organize as well as store and most importantly, to share information to improve health facility and team performance and health outcomes. And you will do all this NOW, in real time.
You will also learn to transform information into new knowledge, how to protect and use institutional memory, and most importantly, you will learn to apply what you know to improve global health projects and programs and get better results. This program is organized to help you change how you daily take in knowledge and use it to improve not only how you work, but your colleagues, teammates and your whole organization. You will start applying what you learn on day one. You will be up to date and become able to add value to your organization while getting recognition for adding new knowledge. How the program works:
A week is the perfect unit of time to begin managing your knowledge and the knowledge of your organization. Knowledge is indeed power that helps provide quality health care services. In this program, you will learn how to work differently and manage your day to achieve your monthly targets. Every day you will receive a lesson by email and an assignment for you to apply what you learned. You read the lesson, think about it, and do something with what you just learned. After completing your daily assignment, send it back to your personal coach for feedback. Every week, there will be a lesson and discussion with Dr Elvira on Zoom so you can ask all your questions and share with other students.
You will receive a certificate after you complete all assignments including a “KNM Success Plan”. In just 7 Days this program will help you ensure your clinic is leading the way in quality healthcare in your community and can run smoothly with or without you there! You will get free weekly coaching for three months to implement your “KNM Success Plan” and advance your career as recognized efficient knowledge manager!
