Program overview:
So you want to start a Community-Based Organization or a Civil Society Organization. Congratulations! This is a high calling. CBOs and CSOs play a very important role in society in every country. They serve others, usually providing the services that nobody else provides.
Starting a CBO or CSO is usually a person’s life mission. It is never too late or too early to do what is right. Do not wait to start making your mission come true. You may be the only one that can help a certain group of people or even one person. It is worth it and one of the most rewarding jobs in the world. This program is for those that have identified a need in their community and have decided to live their life’s mission and start an organization that meets that need.

This program is for those that want to make a difference in the world. You might want to create a CBO that helps teen parents care for their children, patients living with disabilities or chronic diseases have a better life, or help repair a social injustice.
What you learn
The program will help define the mission of your CBO or CSO. This is very important because your development plan will be based on the mission you want to achieve. Starting the CBO or CSO is just as important to keep it going and growing. In this program, you will learn what it takes to create a unique CBO that is as unique as you and that is funded and managed in order to provide a valuable service. You will learn how to manage your organization efficiently to meet the needs of the populations it serves and be organizationally and financially sustainable. You will also learn what steps you need to grow and expand the reach of your organization and develop and implement a growth strategy that will help you do so. This program also includes a number of growth best practices and lessons learned. Here is a summary of the content of program:

How the program works:
A week is the perfect unit of time to begin creating a successful CBO that provides quality care and services. In this program, you will learn how to work differently and manage your day to achieve your monthly targets. Every day you will receive a lesson by email and an assignment for you to apply what you learned. You read the lesson, think about it, and do something with what you just learned. After completing your daily assignment, send it back to your personal coach for feedback. Every week, there will be a lesson and discussion with Dr Elvira on Zoom so you can ask all your questions and share with other students.
You will receive a certificate after you complete all assignments including a “CBO Success Plan”. In just 7 Days this program will help you ensure your clinic is leading the way in quality healthcare in your community and can run smoothly with or without you there! You will get free weekly coaching for three months to implement your “CBO Success Plan” and advance your career as recognized efficient CBO manager!
